General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Querist can ask a query only on the topic that has been opened for the QnA Session.
  2. Queries outside of the session topic will not be entertained.
  3. Only questions involving application of principles & procedural references are invited.
  4. It will be the endeavour of ICAI to enable the responses within a reasonable time frame having regard to the number of questions received.
  5. Only one question per querist is permitted in the technical sessions
  6. The name of the querist will not appear to the Expert answering the question .
