Guidelines for holding Regional Conference and Sub-Regional Conference

  • Regional Conference can be organized by Regional Councils only once in a year in their respective regions.  Duration of such Conference should be minimum of one day.
  • Sub-Regional Conference/State Level Conference can be organized by the Regional Councils and to be hosted by Branch. Duration of these Conferences should be minimum of one day.
  • One Sub-Regional Conference can be organized in each State during a year.
